1. Beginning in your AI chatbot customization screen (https://app.alta.so/chat), click the arrow next to "Advanced Features."
2. Note that in order to use the ratings and reviews system, a premium plan is required. If you are interested in purchasing a plan, click "Upgrade Now" below the Rating System option.
3. On the Alta website, select your preferred plan and complete the checkout process before returning to your chatbot.
4. Once you've purchased a plan, return to your chatbot and enable "Add Rating System" inside the Advanced Features tab.
5. Congratulations! Users are now able to leave a review after using your AI chatbot.
